At Shafaii on Federal, we have proudly been creating unforgettable celebrations for over 30 years. With a beautiful garden area perfect for outdoor ceremonies, gatherings, and barbecues, we offer the perfect backdrop for events of all styles and types. For three decades, our mission has been to exceed expectations, inspire repeat bookings and create lasting memories for every guest who walks through our doors.
Meet The Team
Armand Shafaii
My journey in the reception hall industry began in the 6th grade when I opened a small concession stand at my parent's venue. By 11th grade, I joined a high school co-op program and helped open and manage an additional location, taking on responsibilities such as booking and working events. I later expanded into video and photography for five of my parent's venues which sharpened my eye for detail and taught me how every moment of an event should flow. In 2015, I also helped manage the historic Sylvan Beach Pavilion while it was operated by Shafaii. With over 30 years of hands on experience in the industry, I look forward to creating an event you and your guests will truly enjoy and remember.
Xenia Pereznegron
I’ve been connected to Shafaii Venue since I was 13 years old, watching the business grow and evolve into the beautiful space it is today. Through the years, my mom successfully sold and coordinated countless events here, giving me a deep, firsthand understanding of what it takes to create unforgettable experiences. That foundation shaped my passion for service, attention to detail, and commitment to making every client feel supported. Today, I bring that same care and people-first approach into both event rentals and real estate, helping clients celebrate milestones and make confident decisions during some of life’s biggest moments.
